About the Valerie

The formal entry of the Valerie provides access to two of the bedrooms, separated by the main bathroom of the home.

A centrally located formal lounge fills the centre of the home and is located opposite the fourth bedroom/study.

The expansive living area comprises a  large kitchen, dining and family rooms.

The galley style kitchen provides ample benchspace and includes a walk in pantry.

The dining and family rooms overlook the large alfresco area and access is provided via wide double sliding doors.

The master bedroom is huge and located at the rear of the home, accompanied by a large WIR and ensuite which includes a separate toilet.
