About the Shona

The formal entry area leads to a staircase accessing the upper level.

A short hallway leads to the living areas of the home on the lower level. A large open plan living/dining area with an alfresco area at the rear of the house provides views to the rear garden.

A laundry and powder room complete the lower portion of the home and the rear is dominated by the kitchen and living areas.

The upper floor provides 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and addtional rumpus room.

The master bedroom boasts a private deck and will allow overlooking of a view if available.
